Band and Guard

Marching/Concert Band and Color Guard exist as two organizations that are integrally connected in the fall but pursue independent activities in the winter/spring. Band and Guard perform together for field shows at football games in the fall. Over winter and spring, Concert Band performs indoor concerts and competes in forum festivals, while Winter Guard perform at their own competitions. Each ensemble plays in pep rallies throughout the year. In addition, the Band's Percussion section competes in the winter/spring season with Indoor Percussion.

Did you miss out in the Fall? Students can join Concert Band, Winter Guard, and Indoor Percussion in the second semester of the school year, even if they were not available in the first semester.
