1) Music Booster Membership - via the form in the Registration Packet each August (or on the website tab for your ensemble), with a check made out to "PVPHS Music Boosters - <insert "orchestra, marching band, choir, or jazz" here>." Turn in at registration or to your group's president via the black Music Booster mailbox in the band room.
From this, your group will pay a share to the "umbrella" Music Booster, which covers liability insurance, maintenance of our 501c3 non-profit status, filing of taxes, and piano tuning for all 4 music divisions. The remainder will cover operating expenses for your group, like registration for festivals, purchase of music, maintenance of shared instruments, any required uniforms, additional coaches, etc. |
2) Participation Donation - via the forms from the "Athletic/Activity Clearance Packets" with a check made out to "PVPHS - <insert "orchestra, marching band, choir, or jazz" here>." Turn in to Student Store.
From this, the school will order transportation to your group's events, such as buses for football games, festivals, or other performances. |
