The Marching Band is an integral part of the Peninsula High School Football game experience. Marching Band plays in the stands during the games to provide team spirit and support. At home games, the Marching Band performs it's Field Show routine on the field at half time and performs stand songs during the game. At away games, Marching Band does not perform on the field but does perform stand songs. Marching Band dresses in Field Uniforms at the home games but dresses in their Stand Uniforms for away games. Stand Uniforms are also worn to school on Game Days.
Field Uniforms: Uniform (kept at school) Hat (kept at school) Black Marching Shoes Black Socks Marching Band t-shirt that goes under Uniform Instrument
Stand Uniforms: Marching Band t-shirts, Marching Band warm-ups, Black Marching Shoes Black Socks
At both home and away games, students are responsible for bringing: Instrument Marching Band t-shirt Black socks and Black marching shoes
Performance uniforms are never taken home. The distance of the away game from Peninsula High School will determine what time the students need to be back to school to catch the departing bus. An announcement in class will tell the students when to return. Home games usually start at 3:00 PM so students will remain on campus after school.
